摘　　要：目的：探讨重症肺炎和急性左心衰竭的治疗效果.方法：对33例重症肺炎、急性左心衰患者入院后的诊断、治疗方法及结果进行分析.结果：肺部感染组22例患者,16例（73%）肺部感染得到控制、心功能得以改善 4例行机械通气,1例成功撤机 2例死亡 左心衰组11例患者,8例（73%）治疗后出院,3例死亡.结论：以肺部感染为主合并急性左心衰者以足量抗生素,联同强心、利尿和扩血管药疗效较好 以急性左心衰为主合并肺感染者以改善心功能,适当使用抗生素治疗效较好 如呼吸衰竭,可行机械通气.Objective：Discussion critically ill pneumonia and acute left heart failure treatment result. Methods：To 33 example critically ill pneumonia, the acute left heart fade the patient to be hospitalized after diagnosis, the method of treatment and finally carry on the analysis. Results：The lungs infect the group 22 example patients, 16 example （73%） lungs infection is under the control, the heart function can improve; 4 routine machinery ventilations, 1 example success removes machine ; 2 example deaths ; The left heart fades the group 11 example patients, after 8 example （73 % ） treatment leaves the hospital, 3 example deaths. Conelusion： Infects by the lungs primarily merges acute left heart fading by the full quantity antibiotic,the association with the strong heart, the diuresis and expands the blood vessel medicine curative effect to be good; Fades by the acute left heart primarily merges the lung infected person to change the benevolence function, uses the antibiotic to govern the curative effect suitably to be good;If breath failure,feasible machinery ventilation.
