摘　　要：本文提出我国公共艺术发展实践中的现实问题：城市中的公共艺术，象蛋糕上的酥皮，肤浅的公共艺术有余，而有深度的作品不足。文章指出了这种现象存在的原因，并分析了我国公共艺术的发展态势。A question about public arts in China is posed sharply in the thesis, that is, they seems to be puff pastry of a cake-they appears to be superficial and much less profound. The author analyses the reasons, and then predicts the future development tendency of Chinese public arts.
