老年肺癌患者细胞免疫功能变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:测定老年肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表达水平,以期探讨老年肺癌患者的细胞免疫功能状态和临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞术检测老年肺癌患者及健康老年人外周血淋巴细胞表达,评价老年肺癌患者细胞免疫功能状态。结果:老年肺癌组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞较对照组及老年健康组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD19细胞在各组间差异无统计学意义。结论:对老年肺癌患者细胞免疫功能的监测,有助于对病情及治疗的综合评估。Objective： To determine the levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes in aged patients with lung cancer,and so as to explore their cellular immune function and the significance.Methods： Levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes including CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,CD16,and CD19 cells were detected with flow cytometry,and cellular immune function was evaluated.Results： The levels of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,and NK cells in elderly lung cancer group were lower than those in elderly healthy group and control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference of CD19 cell level among the three groups.Conclusions： To determine cellular immune function is helpful for integrated evaluation of pathogenic condition and treatment for elderly patients with lung cancer.
