细针吸取细胞块联合细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断肾脏恶性肿瘤价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨细针吸取细胞块联合细针吸取细胞学涂片对肾脏恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:59例肾脏恶性肿瘤患者,术前均行细针吸取细胞学涂片和细胞块切片诊断,并与术后病理结果对照,分析细针吸取细胞学涂片联合细针吸取细胞块诊断肾脏恶性肿瘤的准确率。结果:细针吸取细胞块联合细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断恶性肿瘤准确率为93.2%,细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断准确率为81.4%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤分型中,细胞块联合细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断准确率为89.8%,细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断准确率为66.1%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细针吸取细胞块、细针吸取细胞学涂片诊断肾脏恶性肿瘤的准确率均较高,二者联合应用对组织分型、分类诊断有较高应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fine needle aspiration of cell block combined with smear cytology to the kidney malignant neoplasm. Methods A total of 59 samples from kidney maglignant tumor were diagnosed with fine needle aspiration cytology and cell block slice. The diagnostic accuracy of cell block combined with smear cytology was analyzed for the diagnosis of kidney malignant neoplasm. Results The diagnostic accuracy of cell block combined with fine needle aspiration cytology was 93.2%, and of fine needle aspiration cytology was 81.4%, which showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）. For kidney malignant tumors, the histological typing accuracy of cell block combined with fine needle aspiration cytology was 89. 8%, and of fine needle aspiration cytology was 66. 1%, which showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of fine needle aspiration of cell block and smear cytology are both high for kidney malignant tumors. A combined use of them has a high practical value to histological typing and classification diagnosis.
