摘  要:目的探讨家庭漂白和Beyond冷光美白对牙釉质的渗透性。方法 30颗正畸拔除的前磨牙随机分为3组:A组为对照组,仅接触蒸馏水;B组采用10%过氧化脲(CP)进行家庭漂白的常规操作;C组采用35%过氧化氢(HP)并用Beyond冷光美白仪照射。处理后用硫酸铜和二硫代草酰胺进行组织化学染色,将颊侧牙冠中1/3制成3个磨片,通过光学显微镜检测铜离子渗入牙釉质的深度占釉质厚度的百分比。结果与A组比较,B组和C组离子染色的深度更深(P<0.01)。结论 10%CP和35%HP均可造成釉质更深的渗透。Objective To investigate the permeability of enamal following at-home bleaching and Beyond cold light whitening.Methods Thirty human bicuspid teeth extracted because of orthodontics were randomly divided into three groups.The teeth in group A were exposed only to distilled water,those in group B were subjected to whitening gel of 10% carbamide peroxide(CP),those in group C were treated with 35% hydrogen peroxide(HP) and Beyond whitening accelerator.Samples were then prepared according to a histochemical coloring method based on copper sulfate and dithiooxamide solutions.Digital images captured in an optical microscope were used to measure the percentage of copper ion penetration across the total enamel thickness on three sections taken from the expose area.Results Penetration depth of enamel was deeper in groups of B and C than that in group A(P 0.01).Conclusion The deeper penetration of enamel can be obtained by 10% CP and 35% HP.
