长沙市盲聋哑学校学生口腔健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解长沙市残障学生口腔健康情况,为制定防治计划提供依据。方法:按照第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查的要求,对长沙市盲聋哑学校362名学生进行口腔检查,将检查结果进行统计分析。结果:362名残障学生患龋率为32.3%、龋均1.0,其中男生患龋率为31.5%,女生患龋率为33.6%,智障学生患龋率为46.4%,失明学生患龋率为25%,聋哑学生患龋率为29.4%,男女生患龋率无显著差异(P>0.05),而智障与盲、聋哑学生患龋率的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),盲与聋哑学生患龋率无显著性差异(P>0.05);牙龈出血检出率为63.1%,人均有牙龈出血的牙数为6.03个,男女无差异,牙石检出率为65.7%,人均有牙石的牙数为9.90个,男女无差异。结论:残障学生口腔健康状况差,应特别重视残障学生的口腔卫生宣传教育。AIM：To investigate the oral health status of student in School for the Disabled Children in Changsha city and to provide information for policy-making related to prevention of dental caries.METHODS：Oral health of 362 students was examined and the data were analyzed according to The Third National Oral Health Epidemioloqical survey.RESULTS：Caries prevalence rate of the 362 students was 32.3%,and the mean DMFT was 1.0.Caries prevalence rate was 31.5% in male students and 33.6% in female students.The caries prevalence rate was 46.4% in mentally retarded students,25% in blind students and 29.4% in deaf-and-dumb students.The prevalence rate in mentally retarded students was significantly higher than that of blind and deaf-and-dumb students（P 0.05）,but there was no significant difference between blind and deaf-and-dumb students（P 0.05）.The rate of gingival bleeding was 63.1%,and the average number of teeth with gingival bleeding was 6.03.The rate of dental calculus was 65.7%,the average number of teeth with dental calculus was 9.90.No significant gender difference was found.CONCLUSION：Oral health status is poor among disabled students.Oral health education and promotion measures in all the parameters（P 0.05） should be emphasized in these schools.
