摘 要:通过对转向架径向控制元件———液压轴套性能的研究,介绍了一种使车辆既能在直线上平稳行驶,又能在曲线上高速通过的,用于轮对定位系统的转向架的径向控制元件———液压轴套。阐述了转向架轮对定位刚度对车辆曲线通过性能的影响,导出了液压轴套橡胶件刚度的计算公式,给出了液压轴套刚度与激振频率的关系以及国外采用“RHC”轮对定位系统的车辆的运用结果。最后以209HS型转向架为例。Ahydraulic controlled sleeve applied to primary suspension is studied in thethesis.The primary sus pension system named RHC(radial hydraulic controlled) system is designed and developed for the railway vehi cles.The vehicles equipped with the hydraulic controlled sleeve both run smoothly on straighttrack and negotiate a curved track at high speed .The primary stiffness which determinesthe performance oftrain’s negotiating curve is setforth .Theformulafor calculatingtherubberstiffness ofthe hydraulic controlled sleeveis deduced .The rela tionship bwetween stiffness of hydraulic controlled sleeve and impelfrequency is provided .The result ofthe train which adopts “RHC”system is also given in the thesis.Finally the applications of the technolgy in the field of railway vehicle ,such as the applieation to 209HSbogie ,are introduced .
