学高为师 身正为范——浅谈大学生辅导员工作心得体会

摘　　要：新时期的大学生是祖国未来的建设者和接班人，而辅导员是大学生成长的指导者和引路人，这些对于辅导员队伍的建设、职业素质的提高、专业技能的学习等方面都提出了更高的要求。作为新时期的辅导员不仅应该在职业素质、工作方法等方面有所提高，更应该不断学习，保持与社会的同步性。只有这样，才能真正做到成为大学生成长的指导者和引路人的角色。New era college students are the builders and successors of the state,as well as the instructors are the guiders and pathfinders of the college students.These set higher requirements for the instuctors team-building,the improvement of professional quality and the learning of professional skills,etc.As new era instuctors not only should improved in professional quality, methods of work,etc,but also should learn constantly to maintain synchronization with the community.Only in this way will we do well being the guiders and pathfinders of the college students.
