摘  要:目的:研究大鼠癫痫动物模型海马cA1区损伤的机制。方法:马桑内酯肌注造成大鼠点燃效应癫痫动物模型,并于点燃后连续用药40次,引起4级以上的抽搐发作,透射电镜观察大鼠脑海马cA1区。结果:实验组动物海马cA1区出现明显病理改变。结论:马桑内酯可引起海马cA1区损伤,进而诱导癫痫的发生。Objective:To study the damage mechanism of rat animal model of epilepsy in hippocampal cA 1 sector.Methods:Coriaria lactone was injected into rats muscle for kindling animal model of epilepsy.After kindling,the rats were continously injected 40 time to induce the tonic seizure.The rat hippocampal cA 1 sector were then observed with transmission electron microscope.Results:The hippocampal cA 1 sector had significant pathologic change in experimental group.Conclusions:Coriaria lactone could lead to hippocampal cA 1 sector damage,and the damage might be the cause of epilepsy.
