摘 要:目的研究β-环糊精及其衍生物对高乌甲素增溶作用的差异。方法通过测定高乌甲素在不同浓度的不同环糊精衍生物中的溶解度,绘制相溶解度曲线。结果含量测定结果表明β-环糊精及其衍生物中包合物主、客分子比为1∶1,相溶解度曲线均为AL型。结论β-环糊精及其衍生物对高乌甲素有明显的增溶作用,且β-环糊精衍生物的增溶效果明显优于β-环糊精。Objective To study β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives as the solubilizer of lappaconitine.Methods The phase diagram was obtained by determining lappaconitine solubility in diffferent concentration of β-cyclodextrin and its diffferent derivatives.Results The result showed the 1∶1(guest versus host) compounding ratio of lappaconitine to β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives,the phase solubility diagram were AL type.Conclusion The solubility of lappaconitine is significantly increased by inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin and its derivative.The soluble ability of its derivative is better than that of β-cyclodextrin.
