Survivin和Caspase-3在结肠癌和结肠腺瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：为探讨Survivin和Caspase-3在结肠癌和结肠腺瘤组织中的表达及意义，应用免疫组织化学染色法对42例结肠癌和结肠正常黏膜组织、38例结肠腺瘤组织进行Survivin和Caspase-3检测。结果显示，结肠癌组织中Survivin阳性率明显高于结肠腺瘤和结肠正常黏膜组织（P〈0．05），结肠癌组织中Caspase-3阳性率明显低于结肠腺瘤组织（P〈0．05）。Survivin和Caspase3在结肠癌组织中的表达呈负相关（r=-0．8535，P=0．000）。结果表明，Survivin可能通过抑制结肠癌细胞凋亡，对结肠癌的发生发展起重要作用；在结肠癌的癌变过程中，Survivin的作用可能是通过抑制Caspase-3介导的细胞凋亡实现的。In this study by using immunohistochemistry stain method Survivin and Caspase-3 were detected in the colonic cancer tissue and normal tissue of 42 patients,and colonic adenoma tissue of 38 patients so as to investigate the expressions of the two proteins and their significance. As results ,the positive expression rate of Survivin in the tissue of colonic cancer was significantly higher than that in other two tissues（ P〈0.05） ;the positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in the tissue of colonic cancer was significantly lower than that in the tissue of colonic adenoma（ P 〈0.05） ;and in the tissue of colonic cancer the expression of Sur- vivin was negatively related with that of Caspase-3（ r =-0. 8535, P =0. 000）. Results show that Survivin could play the important role in formation and development of colonic cancer,through inhibiting the apoptosis of colonic cancer cells, while, Survivin through inhibiting the cell apoptosis mediated by Caspase-3 could perform its role in the carcinomatous conversion.
