摘  要:紫外检测容易受到检测距离、大气湿度、气温、气压等许多因素的影响。为了研究这些因素对于紫外检测的影响,设计了一种反射式人工气候实验箱,它利用多次反射的原理,可以在短距离内对目标进行气象条件可控的远距离检测,用以确定各种检测参数对测试结果的影响。作为紫外检测影响因素的系列研究工作的第一步,主要研究了气候箱中反射镜面的选取,并在实验中测定了实验箱的校正系数和反射镜面的平均反射率。结果表明随着反射次数的增加,校正系数以及平均反射率呈上升趋势,利用校正系数可以把实验箱的测量结果转换成直接检测的结果。提高检测仪器与实验箱反射镜的波段匹配程度能够获得更好的实验效果。UV detection is susceptibly affected by the detect distances and ambient atmosphere conditions such as humidity, temperature and pressure. We introduced a patented reflective artificial climate box used in UV detection to determine the influence of these factors. Multiple reflections in serial were utilized to achieve long-distant controllable air conditioning required by remote detection within a small airspace. To study the influence of UV detection, we mainly discussed the selection and properties of high reflective mirrors used in the climate box. Correction coefficient of the box and average refleetivity of mirrors were measured in experiments. As the number of mirrors involved in detection increases, both the correction coefficient and average reflectivity increase. It is possible to correct the results measured by the climate box using the correction coefficient. By improving the wave band matching of detection equipment and high reflective mirrors, better measurement in experiments can be achieved. Experimental results show that it is feasible to use multi-reflection if proper reflective materials are chosen. This kind of climate box responds much more quickly than traditional large climate chamber when changing the air conditions during tests, and is suitable for mass fundamental experiments required by remote detecting technologies of UHV transmission line devices.
