摘 要:通过研究纳米SiOx涂膜对不同温度贮藏八成熟灵武长枣采后部分生理活性的影响,以期探明纳米SiOx涂膜对灵武长枣的保鲜作用及其机制,为灵武长枣保鲜提供新的技术途径。结果表明:纳米SiOx涂膜处理能显著抑制常温贮藏灵武长枣果实的呼吸速率、乙烯释放速率和丙二醛(MDA)的积累,提高常温、低温贮藏枣果的淀粉含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,延缓果实贮藏后期硬度下降和维生素C的损失,从而保持枣果采后品质,延缓果实的后熟软化,延长其贮藏保鲜期。Effect of nano-SiOx coating on physiological changes of medium well matured Lingwu Chang Date(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) under different temperatures during storage were studied to explore the mechanism of nano-SiOx coating on fresh-keeping of Lingwu Chang Date and to provide a new way for the preservation of Lingwu Chang Date.The results showed that the coating could significantly restrain the respiration rate,ethylene production rate and malonaldehyde(MDA) accumulation under the normal temperature,improving the content of starch and the superoxide dismatase(SOD) activity under normal and low temperature,delaying the decline of fruit firmness in post-storage and the loss of Vc,so as to maintain the quality of jujube in post-harvest,postponing the ripeness and softness,and prolonging its period of storage and preservation.
