摘  要:根据我国《中长期客运铁路建设规划》,2020年我国将建成1.6万km的客运专线,为满足客运专线架梁技术需要,铁科技[2004]120号文件《客运专线预应力混凝土预制梁暂行技术条件》中规定了桥梁支座砂浆的技术要求。对[2004]120号文件各项技术指标,以高铝水泥为基础,采用高铝水泥、石膏、普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,通过大量的试验研究,研制出了合格的高铁支座砂浆凝胶材料,并通过早强剂和缓凝剂的匹配使用,满足了超早强支座砂浆的各项技术指标,并对该胶凝材料的水化机理进行了细致的分析。According to China's "long-term passenger railway construction planning",2020,China will build high speed passenger line 16 000 km.In order to meet the demands of technology of Girder,Technology-based No.120 document "interim technology standard of passenger line prestressed concrete preformed beam" Provides the technical requirements for bridge bearing mortar.In this study,for meeting the technical indicators,using high alumina cement,gypsum,ordinary Portland cement as cementitious materials,through a large number of experiments,Research officer developed a qualified bearing mortar cementitious material.And through addition of early strength agent and retarder,the mortar meet all the technical indicators of No.120 document.Additionally the mechanism of hydration and hardening of cementitious materials was analysed in depth.
