我国足球职业化改革矛盾性解析

摘　　要：我国足球职业化改革是"现实主义"式的思想、意识、模式的聚合物,是"冲出亚洲,走向世界"这一目的性在足球行政领导者个人心中长期内化与强化的结果。这种"现实主义"思维使职业化改革本身成为一种"权力——技术"体系,继而内化成了"工具化的人"对其自身的攻击。职业化改革手段与目的既有同构性又具有连贯性,这种逻辑联系一旦被打破,手段与目的的关系将必然异化。而异化的根源在于,以历任足球行政领导者为代表的众多从业者的自我的丧失以及人的自我在社会化过程中的分裂。The reform of football professional in China is a realism-like combination of thoughts,consciousness and model,and it is also a outcome resulted from the ＂rush out Asia and towards the world＂ that is internalized and intensified in football executive leaders’minds for a long period.This ＂realism＂ thinking makes the professional reform a ＂power-technique＂ system,and the internalized ＂mechanized people＂ accuse themselves.The means and purpose of professional reform have both homoorganicity and consistency.Once the logistic relation between the two characteristics is separated,the relation must go to alienation.And the source of alienation comes from both the self lost of so many practitioners represented by football executive leaders and the self split that people develops in the process of socialization.
