聚维酮碘作为超声龈下刮治根面平整冷却液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察用10%聚维酮碘(Povidone-iodine,PVP-)取代蒸馏水作为超声龈下刮治和根面平整的冷却液能否提高治疗效果。方法选择中度和重度牙周病患者10人共1 128个位点,随机分为两组,对照组用蒸馏水为冷却液进行45 min全口超声龈下刮治和根面平整术(SRP);实验组用10%PVP-为冷却液进行45 min全口超声SRP。基线后1个月和3个月复查临床指标,包括菌斑指数(PI)、探诊出血指数(BOP),牙周袋深度(PD)和临床附着水平(CAL)。结果基础治疗后两组各项指标均有明显改善(与治疗前比较P<0.05),但2组之间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 10%的PVP-取代蒸馏水作为超声龈下刮治和根面平整的冷却液并不能提高治疗效果。Objective To observe if the therapeutic efficacy was enhanced by using 10% povidone iodine （PVP- I ） to replace Distilled Water as coolant during ultrasonic scaling and root planning. Methods 1 128 test sites from 10 patients with moderate and severe paradentosis were selected and randomly put into two groups. Distilled Water as coolant was used during ultrasonic scaling and root planning （SRP）for 45 minute/person in control group, and 10% povidone iodine as coolant was used in experimental group. After baseline for 1 month and 3 months, the clinical indexes including plaque index （PI）, bleeding on probing （BOP）, probing pocket depth （PD） and clinical attachment loss （CAL）were re-examined. Results Each index of the two groups was improved after initial therapy （P〈 0.05）. There was, however, no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy was not enhanced by using 10% povidone iodine instead of Distilled Water as coolant during ultrasonic scaling and root planning.
