摘  要:从李杲原著出发,阐述李氏甘温除热法的涵义、组方原则、功用和主治,并从中医理论、现代药理学及免疫学的认识角度,论述补中益气汤的组方特点及其在温病治疗中的退热机理。指出东垣甘温除热法是有其特定的组方意义的,它可用于温病兼有脾胃气虚的治疗,并提出使用本法辨证的8个要点。According to the work of Ligao, the meaning,formulating principle,efficacy and indication of “relieving fever with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature”were discussed,and the characteristics and defervescent mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were interpreted by TCM theory,modern pharmacology and immunology.It was pointed out that Li's“relieving fever with drugs of sweet flavor and warm nature'has a specific meaning of formulation,and can be used for seasonal febrile disease with deficiency of spleen_qi.Eight main points of using this therapy were proposed.
