摘　　要：介绍了集成产品开发(IPD)的管理理念和核心思想,分析了企业引入IPD体系的必要性,提出了实施过程中需要关注的问题和初步对策,为企业研发管理体系的建设提供参考。This paper introduces the management concepts and core ideas of Integrated Product Development（IPD）,analyzes the business necessity for the introduction of IPD system,presents some questions and puts forward preliminary countermeasures in practice.It might give a reference to the construction of research and development management system.
