摘　　要：伴随改革开放而产生的中小企业,在经历了几十年的发展后,已初具规模,对经济增长的贡献程度与日俱增。但是我国的中小企业却呈现出"寿命短、规模小、实力不足"等一系列特征,原因在于中小企业的成长受到"资源瓶颈、制度困境、动力缺陷"等方面的制约。因此,我们应当从优化资源供给环境、建立合理制度安排、强化中小企业家创业意识等方面突破中小企业的成长障碍。The SMEs arising from the reform and the opening policy began to take shape after decades of experience,and the contribution to economic growth is increasing.However,SMEs in China preached＂short life,small size,lack of strength,＂which lies in the reasons of＂resource bottleneck,system difficulties,power defect＂.Therefore,we should optimize resource supply from the environment,establish a rational institutional arrangements,strengthen the awareness of SMEs to venture such as breaking barriers to SME growth.
