摘 要:以冰乙酸为溶剂,空气为氧化剂,醋酸钴/醋酸锰/溴化钠为复合催化剂,在气升式环流反应器中以半连续方式进行均三甲苯的液相氧化反应。系统地考察了催化剂配比、催化剂用量、反应压力、空气流量、溶剂含水量和反应时间对均三甲苯液相氧化反应性能的影响。结果表明,当冰乙酸与均三甲苯质量之比为15∶1,催化剂中Co、Mn和Br物质的量之比为8∶3∶3,Co与均三甲苯物质的量之比为13∶1 000,反应温度200℃,压力2.0 MPa,空气流量4.0 L/min以及反应时间60 min时,目标产物均苯三甲酸的收率达到82.23%。The liquid phase oxidation of mesitylene was carried out in an airlift inner with a composite catalyst of cobalt acetate, manganese acetate and sodium bromide. Air oxidant and glacial acetic acid was used as solvent. The effect of reaction conditions, such compositions and dosage of catalyst, air flow , water content and reaction time on the yiel acid were investigated. 82. 230//00 yield of trimesic acid was obtained under the following loop reactor was used as as pressure, d of trimesie conditions: mass ratio of glacial acetic acid to mesitylene was 15 : 1, the molar ratio of Co:Mn : Br was 8:3 : 3, the molar ratio of Co to mesitylene was 13 : 1000, reaction temperature was 200℃, reaction pressure was 2.0 MPa, air flow was 4.0 L/min and reaction time was 60 min.
