细菌性阴道病人阴道产过氧化氢乳杆菌属鉴定与分析

摘　　要：目的：对内蒙古牧区蒙古族育龄细菌性阴道病（bacterial vaginosis,BV）病人阴道产过氧化氢（Hydro-gen Peroxid,H2O2）乳杆菌菌属进行鉴定与分析,为阴道微生态治疗提供依据。方法：选取2008-06-2008-12内蒙古自治区正镶白旗、达尔罕茂明安联合旗百灵庙牧区育龄细菌性阴道病妇女102例为实验组,选取健康蒙古族妇女98例为对照组,采用改良MRS培养基对阴道样本中的乳杆菌进行分离、培养,提取细菌总DNA,进行16SrDNA基因序列鉴定。结果：蒙古族BV病人阴道乳杆菌检出率21.6%（22/102）,对照组阴道乳杆菌检出率75.5%（74/98）,两组比较有显著统计学差异（P=0.001）。蒙古族BV病人阴道H2O2阳性乳杆菌占27.3%（6/22）,对照组75.7%（56/74）,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。两组乳杆菌菌种分布均以卷曲乳杆菌、加氏乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和干酪乳杆菌为优势菌;结论：细菌性阴道病病人的阴道乳杆菌及产过氧化氢乳杆菌的数量较健康妇女明显减少。Objective：To identify and analyse H2O2 generating Lactobacillin in vagina of lactobacilli mongolian childbearing patients with bacterial vaginosis（BV）in pastoral area,so that to provide bases for the vaginal microcological treatment.Method：102 patients with BV and 98 mongolian healthy women were selected from 2008-06 to 2008-12 in inner mongolia pastoral area.PH value was detected in vagina,and vaginal secretions were examined through routine microscopic examination.Lactobacillus were isolated and cultured followed by the extraction of total microbial community DNA for identificate gene sequencing of 16S rDNA.Result：22 out of 102 BV cases were found out Lactobacillus,the detected rate was 21.6%,（74/98） women was detected Lactobacillus among 98 Mongolian healthy women.It showed significant difference between two groups（P=0.001）.The isolation rate of H2O2 generating Lactobacilli was 27.3%（6/22）in all of BVpatients.75.7%（56/74）of Mongolian healthy women were found out H2O2 generating Lactobacill.The dominant species of lactobacilli in the vagina of the BV patients and mongolian healthy women were L.crispatus,L.acidophilus,L.gasseri,L.casei and L.jensenii.Conclusion：The amount of lactobacilli and H2O2 generating Lactobacilli in the vagina of BV patients was markbly less than that of childbearing age and healthy women.
