综合康复治疗小儿周围性面神经炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合康复治疗小儿面神经炎的临床效果。方法将98例小儿面神经炎的患儿随机分为针灸组、药物组和综合康复组。综合康复组采用综合康复治疗(超短波、针灸、调制中频电疗和按摩疗法)。三组患儿性别、年龄、体重和病因差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)具有可比性,经过15～20d的治疗,康复组有效率为100%,针灸组为61.11%药物组为86.17%,三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组优于针灸组和药物组。结论综合康复治疗小儿面神经炎优于其他两组,能提高临床疗效,缩短治疗疗程[1],降低后遗症的发生。Objective Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of children observed the clinical effect of facial.Method 98 cases of children with facial palsy were randomly divided into acupuncture group,drug group and the comprehensive rehabilitation unit.The synthesis recovery group uses the synthesis recovery treatment （Ultrashort waves,Acupuncture,Modulation frequency electrotherapy and massage therapy ）.Three group of children sexes,age,weight and cause of disease difference have no statistics significance without exception（P〉0.05） have the commeasurability,After 15～20 days of treatment,the recovered group has efficiency for 100%,the acupuncture and moxibustion group is 61.11%,the medicine group is 86.17%,Compare three set,the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）.The recovered acupuncture and moxibustion better than forming forms the sum medicine group.Conclusions Imflammation is better than synthesizing medical treatment little child facial nerve liang forms other,can improve the clinical curative effect,curtailing cures a course of treatment,occurrence reducing sequela.
