摘  要:在利用海藻酸钠溶胶液作载体对酵母进行包埋,采用离心方式制粒过程中发现,溶胶液物理性质的变化对制粒生产有很大的影响。本文着重论述了粘度变化对制粒质量的影响,而温度、时间、搅拌等是影响溶胶液粘度的主要因素,测试并分析了这些影响因素与粘度的关系并找出其规律性;同时对凝胶粒子释水特性进行了测试与分析。Using colloid of keltone as carrier, the yeast cells were embeded and gelatinous particles were produced with centrifugation. It was discovered that the change of colloid's physical property had much influence on the production of gelatinous particles. The paper states how the colloid vis- cosity influences the particle quality. It also tells that temperature, time and agitation ect. are the main factors influencing colloidal viscosity .We have measured and analysed the relation between these factors and visco- sity, and found its regularity. In the meantime, we have also measured and analysed the property of released water of gelatinous particles.
