摘  要:目的探讨绿茶抗高温、香烟及其联合诱变作用。方法在42℃高温下,给实验小鼠皮下注射香烟烟雾水溶物,同时用不同浓度的绿茶水灌胃,统计分析对小鼠骨髓细胞微核的影响。结果绿茶可明显抑制高温、香烟及其联合诱导小鼠骨髓细胞微核的形成,各剂量组与对照组相比有显著差异。并且绿茶低于10mg时,抑制微核的形成与绿茶的剂量呈明显的剂量关系;在绿茶剂量高于10mg时各剂量组之间抑制微核形成无显著差异。结论适当剂量的绿茶对高温、香烟及联合诱变作用呈明显的抑制效应。Object To reseach the antimutagenic effects of green tea on the induced mutagenesis of hypertyermia,cigarette smoking and their combined effect.Methods Mice gained different concentration green tea by oral and exposed to high temperature(42℃)and soluble substances contained cigarette smoking.Micronueleus of mice bone marrow were observed statistically.Results Green tea inhibited significantly the formation of micronueleus in the mice bone marrow induced by high temperature.cigarette smoking and their combined effects.In contrast with the control group there was obvious difference.A dose-response was found at same time on green tea dose(<5mg) .There was little difference on inhibitary micronucleus formation among each dose groups when green tea dose exceed 10mg .Conclusion Green tea has a significant inhibitary effects on the mutagenic process due to high temperature,cigarette smoking and their combined effect.
