胃乐胶囊治疗消化性溃疡毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价胃乐胶囊对动物的毒副作用。方法将小白鼠分成两组，急性毒性试验组１２０只，长期毒性试验组９０只。急毒组给胃乐混悬液，实验用０．５％羧甲基纤维纳配成２０％、１５％的混悬液，以不同浓度按０．３ｍｌ／１０ｇ体重的容量进行灌胃，来观察胃乐对小白鼠的急性毒性反应。长毒组分为５组，其中４组（ｎ＝２０）分别给胃乐混悬液８０００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１体重、４０００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１体重、１０００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１体重及生理盐水，另一组（ｎ＝１０）为胃乐混悬液大剂量附加组，剂量为８０００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１体重，来观察胃乐对小白鼠的长期毒性反应。结果两组动物均未发现任何内脏损害。结论动物实验证明胃乐胶囊是一种使用安全的中成药。Objective To research toxic side effects of weile jiaonang on animals.Method Two hundned and ten rats were divided into two groups. one hundred and twenty for acute toxicity test.ninety for long-teim toxicity test.Acute toxicity test group was given mixed liquid. 0.5% sodium carboxy mothy L cellulose was tumed into 20% and 15% mixed liquid,which was poured into stomach in mixed liquid, which was poured into stomach in pro portion of 0.3ml par 10g.Long teim toxicity test group was swbdiuded into fine groups.three of which were given weile san separatety in pro portion of 8000mg·kg -1 、4000mg·kg -1 ,one grup(n= 20) was given normal saline.another group(n= 10) was given booster dose of weile san 8000mg·kg -1 .Results No lisceral lesion was found in two groups. Contusion Through the experiment on animals it is proued that weile jiaonang, chinese patent medicine,canbe used safely.
