摘  要:针对一台增压中冷直喷柴油机,在发动机的结构和参数不作变动和调整的条件下,研究了B0、B10、B20和B30四种不同低十六烷值大豆油甲酯生物柴油体积分数的混合燃料对发动机排放和燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明,随着燃料中生物柴油含量的增加,发动机的动力性逐渐降低,使用B10时动力性变化不大,额定功率只下降1.2%;燃油消耗逐渐增加;CO、HC和碳烟排放降低,NOx排放增加,但增加的幅度较小;发动机缸内最高燃烧压力和放热率峰值逐渐降低,与其对应的相位逐渐推后,燃烧始点和燃烧终点逐渐延迟,滞燃期和燃烧持续期逐渐延长。The effects of soybean-oil-methyl-ester biodiesel fractions from 0 to 30% in the diesel-biodiesel fuel blend on the exhaust pollutant emission behavior on the combustion characteristics of a direct injection diesel engine were investigated experimentally without engine modification. The results show that the power output of the engine decreases with the increase of the biodiesel fraction, but the power decrease is little at low biodiesel fraction, for fuel B10(with 10% biodiesel in fuel blend) only by 1.2%. With the increase of the biodiesel fraction, the engine brake specific fuel consumption increases, CO,HC and the smoke emissions decrease, NOx emissions increase but only a little. The in-cylinder maximum combustion pressure and the maximum heat release rate reduce, while their corresponding crank angles delay, and the similar are for the beginning and end of the combustion. The ignition delay period and combustion duration increase for the more biodiesel blended fuel.
