摘　　要：目的：探讨组织蛋白酶Ｄ在乳腺良、恶性病变中的表达及意义。方法：用ＡＢＣ法研究９３例乳腺癌、３１例乳腺良性病变及６例正常乳腺组织ＣａｔｈＤ的表达。结果：乳腺癌中４３例（４６２４％）细胞浆染色阳性，而全部良性病变及正常乳腺组织均阴性。ＣａｔｈＤ表达阳性的乳腺癌其肿瘤体积及淋巴结转移率均高于ＣａｔｈＤ表达阴性者。结论：ＣａｔｈＤ可以作为反映乳腺癌细胞增殖状态的细胞生物学因子，其过度表达提示乳腺癌恶性程度高。Objective:Discussed the expression and significance of cathepsin D in breast begin and breast carcinomas. Methods:Examined the expression of cathepsin D in 93 cases of breast carcinomas, 31 cases of breast begin disease and 6 cases of normal breast tissue with the ABC immunohistochemical technique. Results:Demonstrate that the cytosol staining is positive in 43 cases (46.24%) of breast cancer but negative in all of the begin breast disease and te normal breast tissue. The size of tumor and the ratio of lymphnode metastasis in the breast cancer in which the expression of cathepsin D were positive are higher than that the expression were negative. Conclusion: Discussion cathepsin D can be used as a biological factor to reflect the proliferation status of carcinoma cells. The carcinoma cells in which cathepsin D expression is positive have higher malignant degree.
