摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶2、9(MMP-2、MMP-9)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法,分别检测OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9在正常对照组(7例)和鼻咽癌(45例)组织中的表达,其中鼻咽癌患者发生颈部淋巴结转移有25例。结果①鼻咽癌组织中OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中淋巴结转移组表达明显增高(P<0.05)。②鼻咽癌中OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 OPN和MMP-2、MMP-9可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展和突破基底膜向外扩散及淋巴结转移中起到重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin（OPN） and matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2）and matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The expression of OPN and MMP-2,MMP-9 was detected by immunohistochemical Envision technique in 45 NPC cases and 7 non-cancer cases,which have been treated as control group.There were 25 cases with the metastasis of cervical lymph nodes among the 45 NPC cases.Results ①The expression of OPN and MMP-2,MMP-9 in NPCs were obviously higher than those in control specimens（P〈0.05）.The expression rates of the cases with the metastasis of neck lymph nodes were obviously higher than those without memetasis.②There was a strong correlation between the expression of OPN and MMP-2,MMP-9 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion OPN and MMP-2 and MMP-9 play an important role in the invasion and subsequent metastasis of NPC by degrading basement membrane components and lymph node metastasises.
