二级医院护理人员PICC置管后日常护理行为观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解护士的PICC护理操作水平,分析影响护士的PICC护理操作自评得分的因素。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对北京市某二级甲等医院实施PICC护理的122名护士进行调查,并观察了其中16名护士的PICC护理操作过程。结果:①研究对象的PICC护理操作自评得分为(84.74±8.40)分;②经多元线性回归分析,结果显示职称和是否参加过PICC专科培训是影响护士自评得分的主要因素(P<0.1);③护士的PICC护理操作实际得分远低于其自评得分(t=4.94,P<0.001)。结论:应加强对护士PICC护理操作的培训,提高护士的PICC护理操作水平,同时加强质量监控,切实提高护理质量。Objective： To investigate nurses＇ daily care of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters （PICC）, and to analyze the influence factors. Methods： A cross-section investigation was conducted among 122 nurses in a second-class hospital in Beijing to obtain their dail3; care of PICC through a self-administered questionnaire, and PICC care procedure performed by 16 nurses were observed. Results： ①The average score of nurses＇ dally care was 84.74±8.40; ② The mukiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional title and PICC training were the main influence factors （P 〈0.1）; ③The score of observed was obviously lower than that of self-reported （t =4.94, P 〈0.001）. Conclusion： We should strengthen PICC daily care training to reinforce nurses＇ practice. At the same time, the nursing management should be reinforced in order to improve nursing quality.
