摘　　要：针对抽风筒的结构，对其翻边成形工艺进行了分析．根据成形难点，设计了新型翻边-整形复合模．解决了用传统翻边模翻边工序多、生产周期长的问题，保证了产品质量要求，提高了生产效率。pumping air duct structure, its flanging process has been analyzed, according to shape and difficult to design a new type of flanging - plastic composite model, solved using traditional flanging die flanging process more long production cycle of issue guarantee the product quality requirements, increase production efficiency.
