摘　　要：MicroRNA是一种小分子RNA,在基因的转录后调控中发挥着重要作用。研究证实microRNA与乳腺癌之间有很强的相关性。它能够通过抑制雌激素受体、抑制乳腺癌干细胞以及作用于乳腺癌相关蛋白等多种方式抑制乳腺癌的发生,同时它在乳腺癌的发生及其转移中也可起到一定的促进作用。本文对一些乳腺癌相关的microRNA及其作用作一综述。MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNA molecules,which play an important role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression.Recent studies have demonstrated that the expression of some microRNAs is associated with breast cancer.The microRNAs may act as suppressors in breast cancer by inhibiting estrogen receptor（ER）,breast cancer stem cell,and some other proteins associated with breast cancer.Recent studies have also proved the involvement of miRNAs in breast cancer proliferation and metastasis.Here we made a summary of some microRNAs which have been reported to be related to breast cancer and their roles in tumorgenesis.
