摘　　要：目的检测R-ras在42例乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的mRNA表达,并探讨R-ras的表达与临床病理参数的关系及其意义。方法以GAPDHmRNA为对照采用实时荧光定量PCR法定量测定乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中R-ras mRNA的表达,并分析其与临床病理指标的关系。结果 R-ras在乳腺癌、癌旁组织的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);乳腺癌组织的R-ras表达水平与淋巴结转移、肿瘤直径、PR的表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 R-ras的表达作为判断乳腺癌发生发展的生物学参数,其高表达提示预后较好。Objective To investigate the expression of R-ras in breast cancer and to analyze the relationship between its expression and clinical pathological characters and to explore the significance of R-ras mRNA expression in the carcinogensis and development of breast cancer.Methods Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（QRT-PCR） technique was applied for detecting R-ras expression in the tissues of breast cancer and normal adjacent-tumor tissues.The relationship of clinical and biological parameters was also discussed.Results The expression of R-ras mRNA of breast cancer was lower than that of noncancerous tissue（P〈0.0001）,showing a significant difference to normal breast tissue.R-ras expression was related to lymph node metastasis,tumor diameter and PR expression（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of R-ras in breast cancer might be a useful parameter as an indicator of tumor metastasis and carcinogensis.The high expression of R-ras gene in breast cancer probably implies a better prognosis.
