摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效和安全性。方法对41例晚期胰腺癌患者行HIFU治疗,观察治疗前后的影像学变化及临床症状,评价HIFU治疗的近期有效率（RR）、临床受益率（CBR）、生存期及不良反应。结果全组RR为29.3%,CBR 85.4%,中位生存期6.7个月（3.5~10.8个月）,未发生皮肤烧伤、胰腺炎、胃肠道损伤等并发症。结论 HIFU是一种治疗胰腺癌的有效方法,具有无创和较高的安全性,应用范围广,适合病情较重、不能耐受其他方法治疗的患者。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of high-intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） on advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Forty-one patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma were treated with HIFU.The response rate（CR＋RR）,clinical beneficial response（CBR）,overall survival（OS） and side effects were evaluated after the treatment.Results RR was 29.3%,CBR was 85.4%,and median OS was 6.7months（3.5-10.8 months）.No complications,such as skin burn,pancreatisis and gastrointestinal injury occurred.Conclusion HIFU is an effective,noninvasive and safe approach in the treatment of advanced pancreatic carcinoma.For patients with severe condition and intolerable to other methods,HIFU may be a good choice.
