重庆地区不同面部生长型女性青春期颌骨头影测量的研究

摘　　要：目的了解重庆地区女性不同面部生长型之间颌骨的结构差异。方法选取符合纳入标准的青春发育高峰前、后期女性X线头颅侧位片各80张进行测量,对不同面部生长型的头影测量结果进行统计学对比分析。结果同一时期:水平面部生长型后面高(S-Go)显著增大,垂直面部生长型前面高(N-M e)显著增大;不同面部生长型牙、颌骨之间存在代偿。结论同一时期,重庆地区个别正常牙合女性不同面部生长型的形成机制及颌骨内部结构存在差异。Objective To find differences of craniofacial structure with different facial types.Methods 160 cephalometric films which met the internal criteria were selected as samples.In them,80 were in early puberty,and 80 were in late puberty.21 measurements were used to perform statistical comparison and analysis.Results In the same period,posterior facial height（S-Go）with horizontal facial growth pattern increased significantly while anterior facial height（N-Me） with vertical pattern increased significantly.There was compensation in the length and position between maxilla and mandible as lower anterior dentoalvelor proceeded with different facial growth patterns.Conclusion In the same period,forming mechanics of different facial growth patterns and internal structure of jaw bones are different in the females with individual normal occlusion.
