唇挡矫治替牙晚期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察下唇挡对替牙晚期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者的疗效。方法选择替牙晚期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错患者26例,下颌唇挡治疗并采用X线片头影测量分析。结果唇挡治疗后SNB角增加1.14°,下颌骨长度增加4.37 mm,前牙覆盖减小3.4 mm。结论唇挡对儿童生长发育期安氏2类1分类错有明显的矫形效果。Objective To study the effects of treatment with the lip bumper on class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion patient in late mixed dentition.Methods Twenty-six subjects with class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion in late mixed dentition were selected,they were treated with lip bumper,analysis of cephalometric and model measurments were done before and after treatment.Results After treatment,SNA increased by 1.14°,,the length of mandible increased by 4.37mm,and the over jet was decreased by 3.4mm.Conclusion The lip bumper had the evident orthopedic effects on class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion
