摘 要:目的研究微波和水浴聚合方法对树脂基托义齿硬度和表面粗糙度的影响。方法用微波法和水浴法分别制作20mm×20mm×2.5mm的树脂试件各8个,用洛氏硬度计测量其硬度及表面粗糙度轮廓仪测量其表面粗糙度。结果采用微波法和水浴法制作的树脂试件,洛氏硬度分别为39.9±0.9和39.8±0.6,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);表面粗糙度(Ra)分别为0.25±0.02μm和0.26±0.03μm,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微波法和水浴法制作的树脂试件硬度和表面粗糙度无显著性差异,但微波法聚合时间较水浴法显著缩短。Objective To evaluate the effect of microwave polymerization and water-bath heat polymerization on hardness and surface roughness of denture base resin. Methods Eight resin specimens of 20mm× 20mm ×2. 5mm were made respectively by microwave and water-bath polymerization. The hardness and surface roughness of these specimens were measured with rockwell hardness tester and roughness tester, respectively. Results The hardness of the two groups of specimens was 39. 9 ±0. 9 and 39.8 ±0. 6, respectively(P 〉0. 05). The surface roughness was 0. 25 ±0. 02μm and 0. 26 ±0. 03μm, respectively (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion There was no significant difference in the hardness and surface roughness between the specimens cured by microwave and by water-bath polymerization, but microwave polymerization took much shorter time than water-bath heat polymerization.
