摘  要:以龙船花(Ixora chinensis)切花为试材,通过测定瓶插寿命、鲜样质量、花瓣质膜透性和花瓣蛋白质含量,研究不同浓度配比的蔗糖、KH2PO4、8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)和柠檬酸(CA)保鲜液对保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:2%蔗糖+150mg·L-1KH2PO4+120mg·L-18-HQ+30mg·L-1CA保鲜液处理比蒸馏水对照明显延长瓶插寿命6d,使切花鲜样质量、蛋白质含量和相对电导率变化比较慢,适于龙船花瓶插保鲜。We selected the cut flowers of lxora chinensis as experimental materials, to investigate the effect of different preservative solutions on the preservation of cut flowers of Ixora chinensis. Those cut flowers were treated with solutions comprised of different concentration of sucrose, KH2PO4, 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ), and citric acid (CA) . And the indexes included the vase life, fresh weight, petal membrane permeability and soluble protein content.The results showed that, the preservative solution (2% sucrose + 150 mg· L^-1 KH2PO4 + 120 mg · L^-18-HQ + 30 mg · L^-1 CA) could significantly delay the vase life of cut flowers of/. chinensis 6 d than the control (distilled water), meanwhile, fresh weight and soluble protein content relatively decreased more slowly, and the relative electric conductivitie (REC) rose more slowly. It is the most effective preservative solutions in this study.
