内镜超声在食管癌术前TN分期中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜超声检查术(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)在食管癌术前TN分期中的诊断价值.方法:对食管癌患者30例术前进行EUS检查后进行TN分期,并与术后病理分期进行对照研究.结果:EUS检查食管癌T、N分期的准确率分别为76.7%(23/30)、83.3%(25/30);超声内镜检查在早期食管癌的术前T分期与手术病理分期符合率可达100%.结论:EUS对食管癌术前T、N分期准确率较高。AIM： To evaluate the diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） in preoperative TN staging of esophageal carcinoma.METHODS： Thirty patients with esophageal carcinoma were subjected to preoperative TN staging by EUS and postoperative pathological staging. The results for preoperative and postoperative TN staging were then compared. RESULTS： The accuracy of T and N staging by EUS was 76.7% （23/30） and 83.3% （25/30）, respectively. The coincidence rate between preoperative T staging by EUS and postoperative pathological staging of early esophageal carcinoma was up to 100%. CONCLUSION： EUS has a high accuracy in preoperative TN staging of esophageal carcinoma, especially early esophageal carcinoma, and may therefore be used to guide clinical treatment of the disease.
