非霍奇金淋巴瘤误诊为肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂并出血1例

摘　　要：本文报道了乙型肝炎后肝硬化1例病情进展后发生十二指肠非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin lymphoma,NHL)导致上消化道大出血,从误诊为肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血到明确诊断的过程.同时探讨了乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis Bvirus,HBV)感染和NHL发生的相关性.其发病机制目前未见类似报道.We report a case of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that was misdiagnosed as combined cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric fundal varices due to the occurrence of massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The association between the development of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection and non-Hodgkin lymphoma was analyzed. To the best of our knowledge, this represents the first report of post-hepatitis B cirrhosis with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
