摘  要:EPDM绝热材料中的纤维和SiO2填料是影响其烧蚀性能的重要成份,为了充分认识纤维和SiO2填料对炭层形成及结构状态的影响,了解其抗烧蚀作用机理,并为建立EPDM烧蚀模型提供实验依据,文章对EPDM基本配方、无纤维和无SiO2的EPDM配方绝热材料在实验发动机中进行了烧蚀实验,比较分析了其炭层结构特点和烧蚀率,得出纤维对炭层的固结作用增强了抗气流和粒子冲刷能力;SiO2在高温下熔融对炭层孔隙具有包覆和填充作用,可固结炭层、缓解高温燃气流渗入,从而起到抗烧蚀的作用。EPDM material regularly contains fibre-SiO2 filling material.We study experimentally three types of new EPDM material:(1) EPDM-1,containing increased amount of SiO2 and fibre respectively and called basic type by us;(2) EPDM-2,containing only increased amount of SiO2;(3) EPDM-3,containing only increased amount of fibre.Section 1 of the full paper explains briefly,with the help of the schematic in Fig.1,our experimental setup and method.Section 2 presents our experimental results,given in Figs.2 through 8,and their analysis;these results and their analysis show preliminarily that:(1) the fixing effect of the charring layer can enhance its capability to resist erosion of gas and particles;(2) the SiO2 liquid melt in high temperature fills up into the holes of charring layer,which can increase the fixing effect of the charring layer and thus improves the performance of resisting ablation of insulation material through holding back high temperature gas infiltrating into pyrolysis zone.
