摘 要:目的:探讨Y染色体无精子因子(AZF)微缺失检测在男科诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用多重聚合酶链反应技术及琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法,对150例男性不育患者AZF基因的3个STS位点进行分析。结果:150例中22例(14.67%)AZF基因位点发生微缺失,其中AZFc位点缺失最多,其次为AZFb,AZFa最低。结论:AZF基因微缺失与精子缺陷发生密切相关,对男性不育患者进行Y染色体AZF区域微缺失检测是必要的。Objective:To analyze the frequency of azoosper-mia factor (AZF) microdeletions on Y chromosome in male infertility patients and discuss the value of AZF microdeletions on Y chromosome detections in male disorders.Methods:Multiplex polymerase chain reaction and agarose gel electrophoresis tests were used to detect 3 sequence tagged sites (STS) of AZF microdeletions in 150 male infertility patients.Results:AZF microdeletions were detected in 22 patients (14.67%).Among 3 STS,deletions of the AZFc region of the Y chromosome were the most common,next was AZFb region,and deletions of AZFa region were the least common.Conclusion:AZF microdeletions were highly relevant to spermatogenesis defect.It is necessary to detect AZF microdeletions on Y chromosome in male infertility patients.
