摘　　要：蛋白质和氨基酸是一类重要的营养物质,是动物体内的重要能量来源,同时也是人体组织的重要材料,在细胞生化过程中也起着重要作用。研究发现,蛋白质和氨基酸可通过对基因表达的影响,对代谢、生长发育以及细胞分化发挥重要的调控作用。文章综述了蛋白质和氨基酸对动物基因表达的调控,并对今后的研究趋势做了进一步的展望。Protein and amino acids are a kind of important nutrients which have been recognized as an important energy source and important material for human tissue. It＇s also important in the process of cell biochemistry reaction. Researches indicated that the proteinand amino acids could have important regulation effects on metabolism,growth and cell differentiation by the impact of gene expression.This paperoverviews the regulation of protein and amino acids in animal gene expression, and has more prospects of research trends in the further.
