摘　　要：直线式拉丝机是金属丝拉拔的生产设备，其结构庞大、控制要求复杂。采用可编程控制器进行控制，提高了拉丝机的可靠性和产品质量。本文介绍了用ＰＬＣ构成控制系统的系统设计方法和软件设计方法。Straight-line drawbench is the equipment of metal-wire drawing.Its structure is large and its control requirements are complex. Applying PLC to its control has improved the security of the drawbench and the quality of products. This paper present the system design method of using PLC for the drawbench control system and the skill of software design.
