摘　　要：远程医疗系统前端是远程医疗系统的重要组成部分之一，研究高性能且低价格的医疗前端对推动远程医疗系统的广泛应用有着十分重要的意义。本文叙述了基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ在ＰＣ上实现的一个远程医疗系统前端。前端由以８９Ｃ５１单片机和多通道Ａ／Ｄ芯片 ＭＡＸ１５５为核心设计的数据采集卡、基于 Ｓｏｃｋｅｔ实现的网络通讯程序以及基于 Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境设计的用户界面管理程序构成。所设计的前端具有广泛的适应性和较高的性能价格比。Front terminal is one of the most important components for telemedicine systems. The study of high performance and low price front terminals takes the important part of developing telemedicine applications. In this paper, a front terminal based on the internet and PC is introduced. The front terminal consists of a data acquiring card designed on microcomputer 89C51 and A/D chip MAX155, a communication management program based on 'socket',and a program of managing man--machine interface based on Windows. It has a wide compatibility and a high rate of performance to price.
