摘　　要：本文介绍了一种对滑油铁谱图像进行自动搜索视场、自动聚焦的计算机辅助视觉系统。文中较详细地描述了由ＰＣ机、单片机、ＣＣＤ摄像机和显微镜组成的这一闭环系统的硬件结构、软件流程及控制策略。此外，文中还简要地介绍了如何对现有显微镜载物平台进行机械改装以满足本系统对三维控制的高准确度要求。本系统对图像的获取和分析快速、准确，克服了显微镜手动调节动作慢、随机误差大等问题。This paper introduces a computer aided image system, which the ferrography can be automatic scouted and focused. The system consists of PC.single chip computer and CCD video camera. its hardware.software and control method are described in this article in detail. In addition,the paper also introduces how to as- semble the microscope carrier to obtain high accuracy. With this system,the image acquisition become faster and more accurate, and the problems in manual operation such as moving slowly. exiting larger random error have been solved.
