摘 要:目的:为制定攀枝花市城市居民营养干预政策提供基础资料和科学依据。方法:对攀枝花市城区44个社区413户常住居民的食物结构和饮食习惯进行抽样调查,用SPSS11.0进行统计分析。结果:被调查对象中不能每天定时用餐和吃早餐的占比为47.1%和34.1%;不能每天吃米面等主食、蔬菜、水果、肉类和水产品的分别占22.4%、14.6%、50.7%、65.4%和99.0%;不能每天吃蛋及其制品、豆类及其制品和乳及其制品的占比为74.9%、88.8%和76.6%。结论:攀枝花市城市居民中大部分被调查对象的食物结构不合理、有不良饮食习惯,需要制定相关政策,开展营养知识普及教育工作。[Oojective] To provide basic data and scientific reference for the Panzhihua residents' nutritional intervention policy. [Method] The diet structure and diet habit of the residents among 413 households in 44 community of Panzhihua city were investigated and the data was analysised with SPSS 11.0. [Result] The proportions of the people who could not eat regularly and have breakfast everyday were 47.1% and 34.1% respectively. The proportions of the people who could not eat staple food, vegetable, fruit, meat and fish everyday were 22.4%, 14.6%, 50.7%, 65.4% and 99.0% respectively. The proportions of the people who could not eat egg, soybean and milk and its products everyday were 4.9%, 88.8% and 76.6% respectively. [Conclusion] There were some unreasonable food structure and bad diet habits among the people who participated in the survey. There would be some policies to popularize the knowledge among the people in Panzhihua city.
