高频超声评价乳腺癌旁增生组织分型的年龄分布特点

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声用于乳腺癌旁增生组织的超声影像学分型的年龄分布特点,以提高乳腺疾病诊断水平。方法:根据200例乳腺癌旁腺体增生组织分型特点,与年龄分布进行对比分析。结果:青、中年中规则的大豹纹型、不规则的小豹纹型、囊性增生型多见,中老年纤维硬化型较多见,导管扩张型及局部结节增生型可见于各年龄段,而以中年为主。结论:乳腺癌旁增生疾病的分布和年龄有关,通过高频超声影像分型可提高乳腺增生性疾病的诊断率。Objective：To investigate the relationship between age distribution and type characteristics of adjacent breast hyperplasia examined by High-frequency ultrasound,in order to improve the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods：To analyze the age distribution of 200 cases of patients with adjacent breast hyperplasia Results：The regular big leopard veins type,irregular small leopard veins type and cystic hyperplasia were more common type in the young adult,fibrosclerosis type was seen in more old,duct ectasia and local mess hyperplasia type were seen in all age.Conclusion：The types of adjacent breast hyperplasia is related to age.The high-frequency ultrasound can improve the diagnosis rate of breast hyperplasia.
