金葡菌肠毒素促鸡淋巴细胞增殖及增强疫苗效价的初步探讨

摘　　要：为了探讨了金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素C2(rSEC2)作为家禽免疫增强剂的可行性,利用MTT比色法,研究了rSEC2对体外培养的鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖影响;利用微量凝集抑制试验(HI),研究了连续口服rSEC2对家禽疫苗免疫效果的影响。试验结果表明,最低浓度为1 ng/mL的rSEC2即可在无ConA情况下显著提高淋巴细胞活性,浓度梯度组间差异显著,存在剂量依赖性;对点眼免疫新城疫(ND)减毒疫苗的鸡群进行抗体检测结果显示,给药组明显高于对照组,且延长了抗体持续时间。证明了rSEC2可有效激活家禽免疫系统,并有可能作为免疫增强剂而应用于家禽饲养。Feasibility of staphylococcal enterotoxin C2（rSEC2） as an immunopotentiators in poultry was evaluated.Effects of rSEC2 on the proliferation of chicken splenic lymphocytes and enhancement of live Newcastle disease was tested by MTT colorimetry and HI test,respectively.The results showed that treatments with minimal 1 ng/mL of rSEC2 for 48 h promoted the proliferation of chicken splenic 1ymphocytes in vitro significantly in the absence of concanavalin（ConA）,and the promotion effect of rSEC2 is of a dose-depended manner.The live ND vaccine HI test showed that oral administration rSEC2 increased the peak concentration and prolong the duration of antibodies in chicken serum.The results showed the possibility of rSEC2 as an immunopotentiators in poultry.
