摘　　要：总结了一种环境激素——双酚A的物理、化学性质,以及其在食品包装材料中对食品安全的影响。介绍了食品包装材料被测样品的制备方法与双酚A的检测分析方法。The physical and chemical properties of bisphenol A as a kind of environmental hormone as well as its impact on food safety in food packaging materials were summarized.The preparation method for measured sample of food packaging materials and the detection and analysis method for bisphenol A were introduced.
