包装印刷纸对阶调和色彩再现影响的研究

摘　　要：测试了胶版纸和铜版纸的白度、平滑度和吸收性等参数,结合印刷品不同网点面积率的密度和三刺激值,通过MATLAB数学分析软件,分析纸张性能与彩色复制效果之间的关系,得到了不同网点的密度曲线、二次方程,以及纸张性能与不同阶调处印刷品密度和色度坐标之间的关系。据此数据可预知密度和色度再现质量的情况,进行纸张的选择和有关纸张参数的设置。The parameters of offset paper and coated paper were tested,including whiteness,smoothness,and absorption,etc.Combined with the density and tristimulus values of print with different dot area coverage,the relation between paper performance and color duplication effect was analyzed by MATLAB mathematical analysis software,the density curve and quadratic equation of different dot as well as the relation between the paper performance and print density and chromaticity coordinates at different tone were obtained.The circumstance of density and color rendering quality can be predicted by those data,and the paper can be selected and relevant parameters of paper can be set.
